Achieving Your Abs-olute Potential

January 10, 2013 in Fitness

I have never been a girl with a flat stomach, let alone a pack of ab muscles worth showing off. There has always been an interest in learning how to get flat abs and create those small mounds that  make women drool and men gawk.

My stomach has the impression of “Baby Was Here” imprinted on it.

Most of the people I know are not so much concerned with abs, but more along the line of losing the flab that has accumulated around their midsection. Maybe because most of these people are of child-bearing years, and looking to just gain a figure again.

I did come across a nice website that gave me a lot of information on how to get a  six pack. The creator, Martin Smith, gives some great information on his method of getting a six pack.

I tend to believe someone who is more like your average Joe, and that is what he is. He’s not into steroids, a fitness fanatic, or giving out advice that needs you to be in a size 4 to start. He gives regular people, practical advice. My favorite part is where he tells you that there is no need to calorie count or measure portions. His advice is strictly how to get six pack abs like a real person, with real challenges and real needs.

Martin Smith has an interesting method called The Definition Method. He has tested and figured out which fads, diets, pills and workouts are not worth your time or your money. Let’s face it! There are some pills that work temporarily. Some fad diets do get you to drop the pounds, only to creep up again. You can order The Definition Method here.

The basic steps are easy.

Want a six pack ->Subscribe to Martin’s emails (No spam)->Buy the e-book, The Definition Method->Follow the steps. Seriously. Follow them. Don’t skip 2 and jump right to 3->See results!

There are some free key points to read on Martin Smith’s site, howtogetasixpack.co.uk, that I found to be very valuable.

While reading through the articles on his site, I couldn’t help but wonder, what I would look like if I decided to get six pack abs. I know there is a lot of work that goes into looking that good, and that’s probably why people take such great pride in their appearance when they do.

Have you ever had six pack abs? How do you feel about people who want them?
